So I was wondering what the cutoff is for the <4 videoDuration filter on YouTube and decided to upload drafts of empty videos on YouTube.
- 239.9s counts as 4m
- 239.4s counts as 4m
- 239s counts as <4m
Incase anyone needs this for padding scraped audio for neural network training :)
