Via API, How do I Add/Update the Emails I Share videos with for Private Videos

I am trying to use the Youtube API to add or update the list of Email addresses that I wish to share videos which are indicated as Private for the Visibility video setting. Is there a way to do this via the Youtube API.Partial of Screen Shot of "Share video privately" popup window for Videos
