Apps like Musi on the iOS App Store allows the user to apply EQ effects to YouTube videos but I noticed that the Youtube's terms of services mention that you are not allowed to separate, isolate or modify the audiovisual content.
So how is Musi able to do it without breaking TOS? Is there some workaround and how are they able to apply such effects to the audio itself of the YouTube video?
