I want to use YouTube API for video playback, combined with proprietary data, inside a proprietary widget. What legal issues will I hit?

1. Let's assume that I am creator of the video, which I hosted on YouTube and made it public with permission to embed it on any website.
2. I have a transcript and some other metadata for this video, produced by 3rd party software.
3. After that I want to build a widget, which would wrap a YouTube player API, transcript and metadata, mentioned above. Users of such widget can place it on any webpage and view both video and proprietary metadata.So the widget is YouTube video player + some additional proprietary data.

Given the fact that I am the owner of the video, will I be able to legally distribute my content via such widget?
