How to modify/add additional languages as well as their title and meta data to a video [closed]

I would like to know how what the API call should look like to edit a YouTube video's metadata, specifically adding metadata for another language so that the video has a title, description, etc. in that other language as well.

I did not find it how the call should look like to modify these things.
