YouTube Reporting API Quota Increase [closed]

I am trying to increase the quota of my YouTube Reporting API. I have only 20000 Free requests per day. In the YouTube Data API, there is an option of apply for higher quota.

However for the Reporting API there is no such option.

I even tried to fill the Quota extension form but it does not give the option for Reporting API. Is there anyway to apply to increase these requests?
