I have entered all the required fields in the Quota Extension Form of YouTube Data API but I am unable to submit the Form - https://support.google.com/youtube/contact/yt_api_form?authuser=1
When I click on Submit, there is a progress bar for few seconds, and after that I don't get any success of failure message, just nothing.
Please help.
