How to get the transcription of a YT video

I wonder how to get the transcription of a video.There's a "caption" section here : https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/docs/captions

But I don't know how to use it.I would like to get the transcription to be able to read it.

Is it the good place ? I never did that before. Thank's !
