Long Delays and Lack of Communication for YouTube Data API Quota Increase Request

We submitted a formal request for a YouTube Data API quota increase via the designated Google form several months ago. While we understand there can be processing times, we've now been waiting for a response for an extended period (approaching 5-6 months), and our subsequent follow-up communications have also not received replies.

This significant delay is unfortunately stalling key features and the scaling of our application.

I am working on an All in One Content Management platform SaaS that utilizes the YouTube Data API v3. Our application's growth necessitates a higher API quota to adequately serve our users.

We submitted a formal request for a YouTube Data API quota increase via the designated Google form several months ago. My questions to the community are:

Has anyone recently experienced similar exceptionally long processing times (e.g., 5+ months) for YouTube Data API quota increase requests?Beyond the standard submission form and follow-up emails, are there any other official channels or best practices for checking the status or escalating such requests when there's a complete lack of communication from the API compliance team? Are there common reasons for such prolonged delays that developers might overlook in their applications or compliance efforts (e.g., specific aspects of the API Terms of Service that are often misinterpreted and lead to review bottlenecks)? We believe our application is fully compliant, but any insights would be helpful. We are seeking advice on how to navigate this situation to ensure our request is reviewed and processed. Any constructive insights from developers who have successfully managed similar situations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help.
