I’m building an integration that relies on the YouTube Content ID API. The docs say it requires YouTube Partner Program access. I need to call endpoints that use onBehalfOfContentOwner, but my access to the content owner’s account is through YouTube Studio’s permissions system, not the Partner Program. Before I architect this, I need to know whether OAuth credentials from my project can authenticate API calls on behalf of the content owner, or if this is blocked unless the authenticated account is itself in the YPP. Has anyone successfully implemented this flow, or can confirm the limitation?
