For the last 4 months we are unable to add YouTube channel in a 3rd party platform (Sprinklr) – and after 3 months of investigation from their end, reaching out to their engineering team, Google engineers, it seems that the problem is not coming from the platforms connection but from our side.
Here is the last communication that happened between Sprinklr and Google - https://issuetracker.google.com/207527676
When we try to connect Youtube with Sprinklr – We have the error message we are facing – Error 400 invalid request.enter image description here
Please note that we did all clear cache and cookie / different browser / incognito mode within all our team members, without success…
Also, when we are trying to add the YT channel, we are admin on it – and have YT enabled on our Google profile within GSK org.
Can you please help us to solve this out by raising it to your engineering team ?
As Sprinklr is our centralized social media platform, this is crucial for us to be able to plug the YT channel and other Google products like Google My Business etc… to monitor comments and build consolidate reports.
