How do i get watch time of a particular user on a channel like nightbot and streamlabs widget does?

I am creating a app to show watch time of particular user to a particular channel, i am unable to figure out how can i go about doing that.Like on streamlabs creators can set the commands for the users to watch their watchtime like !watchtime which returns the watch time in hours like 3.4hours
